This is my third Kyoto Sweets, and I introduce souvenir sweets, Karameruyaki! When you go to sightseeing, everybody might get some souvenirs for friends, families, neighbors, etc. You may get tired of thinking about souvenirs. This sweets is suitable at such time because you don’t feel any hesitation to give one.
Karameruyaki is original baked sweets of ROKKAKUAN, whose name comes from Japanese words “karameru” meaning mix or entwine since they mix the taste of ingredients and culture of Westerns and Japanese. It’s just small cubic baked sweets, so everyone from small children to elderly people will like it.
You can enjoy various flavours:
